Welcome to the Maui County Fair
Thursday Entertainment

The Community Work Day, Inc. Teens-on-Call/Teenforce program has been providing meaningful work skills training experiences to over 100 students yearly since 1994.

Teens-on-Call collaborates with homeowners, business and governmental departments to provide a wide range of hands-on work training assignments for which the students are paid an educational stipend, fed good food and provided complete transportation.

"We treat our students well and in return expect their willingness to focus and apply their energies to accomplishing the goals of the day's assignment," says Director Brian McCafferty. "Nearly all of our students do well and grow with skills and productivity. The opportunity to serve the County Fair with grounds services (rubbish and recycling control) provides students with free fair entry, paid stipend immediately following their shift, food, and an introduction to so-called 'dirty work' performed in front of their peers."
